This role sits at the Lead level within PACT’s consulting career pathway (Analyst → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Lead → Principal), with responsibility for leading complex engagements, developing people and shaping capability.
Lead transformation engagements across advisory and delivery, shaping direction, structuring programmes and ensuring alignment between strategy, architecture and execution. Lead strategic transformation engagements and programmes. Shape transformation direction, roadmaps and delivery approaches. Lead advisory and discovery work with senior stakeholders. Align strategy, operating model, architecture and delivery.
Oversee delivery of transformation workstreams and programmes. Facilitate senior stakeholder engagement and decision-making. Line manage and develop consultants within the capability. Contribute to capability development, methods and frameworks. Support account growth, proposals and pre-sales activity.
