The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer & UI/UX Designer with 15+ years of professional experience to join our team in a senior, hands‑on leadership role.

This role is ideal for a digital professional who is equally comfortable shaping strategy and UX direction, leading complex platform builds, and working directly with clients as a trusted digital advisor.

You will own the full lifecycle of digital platforms, from early discovery, UX strategy, and content architecture through to development, launch, optimisation, and long‑term performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

End‑to‑End Digital Platform Delivery

• Lead the design and development of websites and digital platforms from concept to launch and post‑launch optimisation.
• Deliver scalable, mobile‑first, content‑driven websites and e‑commerce platforms.
• Translate business objectives, brand narratives, and marketing strategies into structured, high‑performing digital solutions.

UI / UX & Content‑Led Experience Design

• Lead UX strategy, information architecture, and user journey design.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI that support editorial, marketing, and conversion goals.
• Ensure content hierarchy, storytelling, and presentation enhance usability, clarity, and performance.
• Continuously optimise UX/UI using analytics, user behaviour insights, and marketing performance data.

Content & Digital Experience

• Work closely with content, copywriting, and marketing teams to shape content‑first digital experiences.
• Ensure platforms support a wide range of content formats, including campaigns, landing pages, editorial content, and storytelling.
• Advise on CMS structures, templates, and workflows to support scalability and ease of management.

Marketing, Performance & Growth Enablement

• Ensure platforms are built to support SEO, CRO, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Align UX and technical decisions with paid media, demand generation, influencer activity, and sales funnels.
• Implement tracking and analytics frameworks to measure engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Client Leadership & Advisory

• Work directly with clients as a senior digital, UX, and platform advisor.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic discussions.
• Present concepts, UX rationale, and platform recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Build trusted, long‑term client relationships through delivery excellence and strategic insight.

Technical Oversight

• Oversee hosting environments, security, backups, and platform stability.
• Ensure best practices in performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with minimal disruption to live platforms.

Who We’re Looking For

• 15+ years’ experience in web development, UI/UX design, and digital platform delivery.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end digital platforms (strategy, UX, design, development, launch, optimisation).
• Strong background in content‑led and marketing‑driven digital ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, CRO, and performance marketing enablement.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with clients in a senior or lead advisory role.
• High level of proficiency in modern UX/UI tools and CMS platforms.

Language Requirement

• Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
