Junior lawyer @ International leisure group

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join a growing international business at the heart of the consumer, fitness, and lifestyle sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career lawyer (0–2 PQE) to gain broad in-house experience supporting a dynamic brand with operations across multiple markets.

The role

Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel in London, you’ll handle a wide variety of work including:

• Advising on data protection and privacy matters, including data subject requests and UK GDPR compliance.
• Supporting consumer law and marketing initiatives — from promotions and advertising to customer communications and small claims.
• Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, improving playbooks, and supporting wider corporate projects.
• Providing cross-border legal support as part of a collaborative global legal team.

About you

You’ll be

• A UK-qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with around 0–2 years PQE.
• A strong communicator with the confidence to engage directly with business stakeholders.
• Commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented — able to balance legal risk with business goals.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to develop in a high-energy, purpose-driven organisation.
