We provide complete design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and installation services for architectural facades, decorative elements, cladding systems, and bespoke architectural products.

We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced GRC Engineer to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, structural, shop, fabrication, and installation drawings using Auto
• CAD.Develop panel layouts, fixing details, and production drawings.
• Design and coordinate GRC moulds and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and project managers.
• Review IFC drawings and prepare shop drawings for approval.
• Provide technical support to the production and installation teams.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare material take-offs (BOQ), production schedules, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the GRC/GFRC industry (Mandatory).
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of GRC production, mould making, fixing systems, and installation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage).

Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
