We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally
• Assist customers in finding products and providing product information
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Upsell products and services to increase sales
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stay informed about all available products and promotions
• Ensures inventory management on the floor and takes appropriate actions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a retail sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
