We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist.

Jefferson Elora Corporation (JEC) is an auto-parts manufacturer based in beautiful Elora, Ontario just a short drive from Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Orangeville. We specialize in Metal Stamping and Robotic Welding. As a Human Resources Generalist your role will involve managing multiple priorities simultaneously, including employee relations, onboarding processes, and administrative support across diverse departments and shift operations.

You'll be an integral part of a collaborative, team-focused culture that values performance, communication, working alongside a motivated team to achieving strategic HR objectives and focusing on team morale. • Day to day associate relations, Internal/ External Customer Service
• Employment Standards/ Human Rights Compliance
• Workplace Investigations
• New Hire Onboarding and Training Facilitation
• Leave Management and Return to Work Program
• Stay and Exit Interviews
• Assist or lead Associate events/ HR projects
• Stay and Exit Interviews
• Contact, development and documentation for disciplinary process
• Recruitment and headcount management
• Attendance Management
• Other duties as assigned
