About the Opportunity

Giffen LLP is seeking a Wills and Estates Legal Assistant to join our dynamic wills and estates team. In this key role, you will provide comprehensive support to our lawyers and clerks on a wide range of matters, working with reputable clients and contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting estate planning documents including wills, codicils, powers of attorney for property and personal care
• Assist in the administration of estates matters
• Maintain and organize estate files, ensuring accurate record keeping and compliance with legal deadlines
• Professional and sensitive approach in all communications with clients, beneficiaries and estate trustees
• Familiarity with eState, Estateably, Microsoft Office and Clio are an asset
