Front Desk Superstar (Receptionist) – Join Our Fun, Fast-Paced Real Estate Office!

We’re a busy, energetic RE/MAX real estate brokerage in Kitchener looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to help be the heartbeat of our office. Our agents are out making deals happen — and you’ll be the one who keeps the front desk humming, the phones answered, and the good vibes flowing.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first smiling face that greets clients, visitors, and agents (in person and on the phone)
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Keep our front desk and meeting areas tidy and welcoming
• Assist with administrative tasks — data entry, filing, printing, scheduling, etc.
• Support our real estate agents with paperwork, listings, and marketing tasks (training provided!)
• Help organize office events, birthdays, and celebrations (we love a good reason to celebrate!)

Who You Are

• Outgoing, friendly, and a natural “people person”
• Excellent communicator — both in person and in writing
• Detail-oriented and organized (you love checking things off your list)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new programs
• Able to stay calm and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
• A reliable team player who’s always willing to help out
