The primary duties of this regular full-time position involves greeting clients and guests at reception and answering/directing phone calls in addition to various clerical tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and distributing mail/courier
• Meeting coordination
• File maintenance
• Creating miscellaneous correspondence
• Projects as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in professional services an asset but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive friendly attitude
