Services include assistance with school acceptance letters, study visas, work permits, and related documentation, aiming to make the process smoother and less stressful. 365CESI focuses on peace of mind and clarity for students, and engages with its community through online channels such as its Facebook page.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. The Job Title will provide personalized support to prospective and current students, guiding them through admission, immigration, and study-related processes.

Typical responsibilities include meeting with students to understand their goals, explaining Canadian education and immigration pathways, gathering and reviewing required documents, and coordinating with licensed consultants to prepare applications.

The role involves maintaining accurate records, responding to student inquiries via email, phone, and in person, and sharing information about services and updates through approved communication channels. The Job Title will also collaborate with internal team members to improve processes, support outreach initiatives, and ensure a professional, inclusive, and client-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide clear, empathetic guidance to students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in handling forms, letters, and application materials.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an asset.
• Comfort working closely with licensed immigration and education consultants and following established procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency with standard office software, online communication tools, and basic data entry or CRM systems.
• Demonstrated customer service or client-facing experience, preferably in education, immigration, or related advisory services.
• Ability to work on-site in Canada, manage multiple cases at once, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Relevant post-secondary education in fields such as education, administration, international relations, or a related discipline is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Canadian education systems, study permit processes, or immigration pathways is an asset.
