Maintenance Technician

Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge Full-Time Permanent Rotating Shifts

Our busy manufacturing client is adding to their maintenance staff. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs, equipment installation & commissioning, breakdown response, safety inspections, maintaining accurate maintenance activity records, continuous improvement initiatives and training operators and other staff regarding equipment usage, maintenance and safety.

You have 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, a mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and are a team player with good communication skills.

Millwright license preferred.

Pay: $40.00-$43.00 per hour

Education

• Secondary School (required)

Experience

• Industrial Maintenance: 3 years (required)
• Hydraulics: 1 year (preferred)
• Pneumatics: 1 year (preferred)
• PLCs: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification

• Millwright (preferred)
