Our client, a well-established company in the natural products distribution industry, is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join their team in Guelph, Ontario.

This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and working in a collaborative environment. If you are bilingual in French and English and have experience supporting customers, sales teams, or accounts, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email.
• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and French.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Recommend products and identify opportunities to support customer needs.
• Communicate order updates and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Support internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Follow established procedures and meet service timelines.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, retail sales, account support, call centre, banking, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
