As a Senior Programmer Analyst, you will play a critical role in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of web-based applications and APIs. Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, testers, and fellow developers, you will help transform complex business requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will

• Analyze business and technical requirements and provide recommendations for implementing new features and enhancements.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical designs, architecture documentation, and functional specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and implement new application functionality following SDLC best practices and Agile development methodologies.
• Build and support web applications and APIs using modern .NET technologies, including .NET Core and Blazor.
• Develop robust, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with development team members to ensure high-quality deliverables through comprehensive testing and peer reviews.
• Work closely with quality assurance and testing teams to ensure successful validation and delivery of solutions.
• Partner with business analysts and business stakeholders to create supporting documentation and training materials when required.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application, integration, and production support issues.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of development processes, application architecture, and operational practices to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support production environments and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing enterprise web and Windows applications using .NET technologies, including .NET Core and C#.
• Experience developing modern web applications using Blazor.
• Strong experience working through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle databases.
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations and Service-Oriented Architecture using Web APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle development, including stored procedures and related development tools such as Toad or PL/SQL Developer.
• Experience developing accessible web applications that comply with accessibility standards and perform effectively across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including source control management, CI/CD pipelines, build and release management, and deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience providing production support and maintaining business-critical applications.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
