Role Description This full-time, on-site Chiropractor role is based at Enhanced Wellness Studio in Waterloo, ON, taking a full patient load from our chiropractor who has relocated to Europe. The Chiropractor will provide evidence-informed chiropractic care, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans focused on spinal and musculoskeletal health.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manual adjustments and other therapeutic interventions, documenting patient visits, and collaborating with other practitioners to deliver integrated, patient-centered care. The role involves educating patients on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellness.

The Chiropractor will also participate in clinic initiatives to enhance patient experience and may contribute to community outreach and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in spine health and the musculoskeletal system, with the ability to assess and manage a range of neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
• Proficiency in chiropractic techniques and adjustments, applying medicine and clinical reasoning to develop safe, effective treatment plans.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution and current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) with the CCO.
• Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and self-care strategies in clear, respectful language.
• Commitment to evidence-informed practice, ongoing professional development, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, manage a full-time patient caseload, and uphold high ethical and professional standards.
• Experience or interest in holistic wellness approaches and working with diverse patient populations is an asset.
