We’re expanding nationwide, and ready to launch our Affiliate Program to empower professionals, influencers, and business communities to promote our services and share in our success.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, launch, and manage Starthub’s new affiliate program from the ground up.

This is a serious, full-time position, not a side project or part-time freelance role. We’re looking for someone fully committed to growing our affiliate program, who will treat it as their main mission and long-term career opportunity.

You’ll oversee the entire affiliate lifecycle: from recruiting and onboarding partners to driving measurable conversions and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and launch Starthub’s affiliate program from strategy to execution.
• Prospect, reach out, and recruit potential affiliates, influencers, and B2B partners.
• Build strong relationships through consistent communication and short video calls with potential partners.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure consistent growth in qualified leads and conversions.
• Set KPIs, track, and report performance using affiliate software and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to create outreach content and promotional materials.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns for ROI and scalability.
• Provide weekly performance reports with clear results and next steps.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing or building affiliate programs (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or service-based industries).
• Excellent sales, communication, and relationship-building skills — comfortable leading short video meetings with prospective affiliates.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation ability.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms (PartnerStack, Refersion, Impact, or similar).
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to achieving measurable goals.
• Available full time — no concurrent freelance or external jobs.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
