Role Description The Junior Account Executive – Nexos Invest is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This role supports the sales and lending teams by managing client inquiries, preparing loan documentation, and assisting with the evaluation of financing opportunities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with prospects and existing clients, gathering financial and property information, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Junior Account Executive helps track deal progress, follows up on required documentation, and supports timely loan closings.

The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth client experience and contributing to the growth of the company’s lending portfolio.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of real estate or financial services, with an interest in bridge lending and commercial and residential financing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple deals, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, and document management software).
• Attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing financial information and preparing loan files.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in sales, lending, or real estate is preferred but not required.
