Google Ads & Local Lead Generation Specialist

VCREATIVE Miami is a boutique creative agency specializing in brand design, content production and social marketing for growing businesses. We're looking for an experienced Miami-based Google Ads specialist to help us test and validate Google Ads as a lead generation channel.

Project Goal

Plan, launch, and optimize a Google Ads campaign focused on generating qualified local leads for:

~ Brand Design

~ Content Production

~ Social Marketing

This is a short-term test project with the potential for an ongoing partnership if successful.

Responsibilities

~ Develop a Google Ads strategy and campaign structure

~ Conduct keyword research and set up Search campaigns

~ Optimize targeting, bidding, and negative keywords

~ Configure conversion tracking (GA4/Google Tag Manager preferred)

~ Review our landing pages and recommend conversion improvements

~ Optimize our Google Business Profile

~ Provide a simple monthly performance report with recommendations

Qualifications

~ 3+ years managing Google Ads for service-based businesses or marketing agencies

~ Proven experience generating qualified local leads for businesses in the Miami market

~ Strong understanding of conversion tracking and Google Analytics

~ Experience optimizing campaigns based on lead quality, not just traffic

~ Excellent communication and a proactive approach

Success Metrics

~ Launch campaigns within the first two weeks

~ Generate qualified discovery calls

~ Improve campaign performance throughout the project

~ Provide a recommendation on whether Google Ads is a viable long-term channel for VCREATIVE Miami
