My client is a Series A start up who are building the AI-native compliance platform that will redefine the industry. The copmpany launched in April 2025 and with a team of ten has already disrupted the incumbents, has grown fast month over month.

They automate security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, GDPR) using AI agents that handle evidence collection, policies, and audits - turning months-long processes into days.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join a small, high-impact engineering team building the AI-native compliance platform that's redefining the industry. You'll be an ownership-driven engineer who uses AI coding tools daily to ship features end-to-end — from data model to API to UI — in days, not quarters.

The company went from 0 to 700 customers in its first year and is closing a Series A, so you'll be joining at an inflection point with massive equity upside. You should come from a well-known startup or top tech company and bring the seniority to architect systems, catch AI mistakes, and own products fully.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full- stack engineering with TypeScript, React, and Node. js
• Shipped product at a well- known startup or big tech company
• Worked at a B2B SaaS, infrastructure, devtools, or security company
• Built LLM- powered agents or AI features in production
• Deep TypeScript expertise across React/Next. js and Node/NestJS
• Use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
• Owns features end- to- end without needing direction; works well in ambiguity
• Must work on- site 5 days/week in Miami/Aventura, FL
• No visa sponsorship — must be authorized to work in U. S.

What will you be doing?

• Owning and expanding the compliance product end-to-end, building new capabilities with an AI-first mindset
• Architecting new applications and making technical decisions — designing systems that scale as the company moves upmarket
• Using AI coding tools (Claude Code) as your primary workflow, while applying senior judgment to catch errors and maintain code quality
• Collaborating cross-functionally with the product manager, founders, customer success, and sales teams to ship against real customer pain
• Building across the full stack (~60% backend, 40% frontend) in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js/NestJS
