Overview

Global Vibing is seeking a Software Engineer to join our AI engineering team with the offer of ownership stake in the company as a Founding Member, in exchange for 2 working days on Saturday/Sunday of Engineer work to fine tune the platforms the company owns and operates and the contribution of marketing and networking/B2B partnership responsibilities for Global Vibing.

Global Vibing is formally in Beta launch and will soon go into Release Candidate (RC) also known as Gamma Testing phase of the business life cycle, where we begin marketing and outreach.

We are an early-stage consumer technology company operating remotely in Miami, FL.

We have our own self hosted LLMs, work on bare metal servers, privatize as much as possible and remove telemetry on as much of our codebase and algorithms as possible to ensure product integrity and product value. We have the back end logic for all websites near completion.

We need a business partner who is a software/systems engineer and who wants to own their own product across the entire platform. We need someone with skills to go into each hub of Global Vibing and help finish out the technical specs needed to complete each hub of our main platform https://globalvibing.com, to ensure all bugs are accounted for, any model training, evaluation, and front design finalization.

The work will be divided and shared with other members.

Responsibilities Summary

As a member who has a background in computer and software engineering. Your responsibilities will be two fold.

Equity Member Responsibilities

-Marketing: We currently have marketing plans in place, we need to accumulate investors because we are at a $1,000 mo/ marketing cap until either you, or other investors we accumulate must raise that cap.

-Networking/B2B partnerships: Finding connections and creating B2B partnerships where companies have their products integrated into the platform , attending conferences and increasing the reputation of Global Vibing.

Engineering Responsibilities

1. Implement and maintain production services in Typescript and Go code across our agent orchestration, memory, and device-integration layers of each platform.

2. Help finish out the final layers and operate the data infrastructure backing our stack.

3. Ship features end-to-end from our repos: from design docs to tested, deployed, observable services. Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines, build tooling, and developer workflows.

4. Work daily with AI coding agents as a force multiplier for implementation velocity.

Qualifications

-High proficiency in Go or Typescript for production systems (concurrency, services, testing).

-High proficiency using AI coding agents (Claude Code) as a core part of your workflow

-Strong general software/systems engineering fundamentals: APIs, data stores, messaging, observability. Experience with SQL/SQLite, and ideally vector or graph databases

CI/CD expertise.

Compensation

Ownership

Up to 20% ownership depending on your working hours commitment, which varies between 10 - 40 hours.

Salary

$0 This is a product and business that you would have partial ownership of as a legally established member of the business that we are building together.

Work Location

Remote or In-person in Miami on the weekends, or as needed.
