​What You’ll Do

• ​Guide seniors through their Medicare options (Medicare Advantage, Supplements, and PDPs) to find the perfect plan for their health and financial needs.
• ​For Telesales: Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls utilizing our advanced CRM and dialer systems.
• ​For Field Agents: Cultivate local relationships, conduct community presentations, and meet with clients in-home.
• ​Maintain compliant, ethical, and high-quality sales practices in accordance with CMS guidelines.
• ​Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referrals through excellent customer service.

​What We’re Looking For

• ​License: Active Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one quickly).
• ​Experience: Previous Medicare, final expense, or insurance sales experience is highly preferred, but we will train the right motivated closer.
• ​Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing CRMs, AI tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• ​Traits: Self-motivated, empathetic, organized, and driven by an uncapped earning potential.
• ​Equipment (For Remote/Telesales): A quiet home office setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer
