Keys to this role

• Experience handling an active calendar for Executive level
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration or related
• Proficient in English written and oral
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Location: Brickell area 33131

Schedule: M-F; In-Office w 1 day Remote

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 (possible stretch to $75,00)

Bonus: up to 10% discretionary bonus

The ideal candidate has Administrative experience handling an active calendar for Executive level.

Duties include

• Reports to and assists an Executive level VP with miscellaneous Administrative tasks
• Manages schedules, appointments or reservations for both Business and Personal agenda
• Maintains and organizes documentation, receipts and other back up data
• Orders misc. items from vendor accounts or other purchases needed
• Handles, email and other correspondence with internal/external parties
• Communicates with vendors for both Business and Personal matters
• May run nearby office errands for Banking, or Mail courier or other
• Prepares expense reports and any travel or credit card reimbursements to be submitted
• Assists with Special projects, tasks, research or presentations for meetings as needed
