Investment Solutions Product Analyst

Ascendo is excited to present this opportunity in the financial services industry. We are looking for an analytical and motivated professional to join a high-performing team focused on supporting and expanding a full suite of wealth management products. This position plays a central role in driving strategy, optimizing platform operations, and supporting distribution efforts across multiple business channels.

The successful candidate will bring 2+ years of financial services experience with a strong background in product management or project support, proven bilingual fluency in Spanish, and proficiency with core industry market data systems.

Responsibilities

• Track, generate, and refine essential product performance metrics and management reporting.
• Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic growth initiatives.
• Field daily inquiries regarding investment solutions and assist with client onboarding.
• Conduct specialized research, assist with data requests, and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor regulatory updates and incorporate risk assessments to strengthen process controls.
• Support the development, rollout, and execution of new investment platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services with exposure to product oversight or project management
• Native or fluent Spanish communication skills; Portuguese proficiency is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills with high attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships
• Familiarity with financial research tools and market data systems
• Active Series 7 license preferred
