As a Premier Service Consultant, you will be the vital voice of AT&T, acting as a trusted advisor to both prospective and existing customers. Your primary mission will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience by addressing service needs, resolving issues, and promoting AT&T’s latest technology and services.

In this role, you will engage with customers through multiple communication channels such as calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced setting. A critical aspect involves identifying sales and upselling opportunities to meet and exceed sales and commission goals aggressively. AT&T offers an hourly wage starting at $20.17 with commissions based on performance.
