Warehouse Manager – Shipping, Inventory & Fulfillment

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with proven warehouse leadership experience to manage the daily operations of our approximately 2,000-square-foot warehouse and a team of approximately 10 employees.

Previous experience directly managing warehouse employees and warehouse operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and lead a warehouse team of approximately 10 employees
• Manage inventory organization, accuracy, and inventory processes
• Oversee the shipping department and daily shipping operations
• Manage order fulfillment to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
• Assign daily responsibilities and hold employees accountable for productivity
• Identify warehouse inefficiencies and implement better processes
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse
• Troubleshoot inventory, shipping, and fulfillment issues
• Work hands-on with the warehouse team when needed

Required Experience

• Previous Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor experience required
• Proven experience directly managing a warehouse team
• Experience managing inventory and inventory processes
• Experience overseeing shipping and fulfillment operations
• Strong leadership and employee management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment

Applicants must be able to clearly demonstrate previous warehouse management experience. Warehouse associate experience alone does not meet the requirements for this position.

Pay: $47,402.40 - $57,086.76 per year
