Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Junior Administrator to join their growing team in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in administration while supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the office and leadership team
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming correspondence
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Maintain office supplies and assist with general office operations
• Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets
• Assist with filing, data entry, and record management
• Support basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed
• Assist with QuickBooks entries and financial recordkeeping
• Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• 1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
