3 D Brand and Graphic Designer

This is a hybrid creative role, roughly 60% marketing design, 40% 3D, for someone who can take a product from a Blender viewport all the way to a finished Instagram post. You'll be the visual engine behind Skelcore: modeling and rendering our equipment photorealistically, then turning those renders into emailers, banners, social content, and e-commerce assets that sell.

This role is a fit for a recent grad (FIU Digital Arts, MDC Animation & Game Art, or similar) with a strong portfolio, or a designer with 1–3 years of experience who wants to own a brand's entire visual output.

What You'll Do

• Model, texture, light, and render Skelcore products in Blender. Photorealistic product renders, lifestyle scenes, and exploded/feature callout views
• Design email campaigns (promos, launches, flows) that match the Skelcore aesthetic
• Create web banners, homepage heroes, and e-commerce assets (product pages, marketplace listings)
• Design Instagram posts, stories, and ad creative on a consistent brand system
• Build simple motion assets from your 3D scenes (turntables, short product animations) for social and ads
• Maintain and evolve Skelcore's brand guidelines, typography, color, layout, and render style
• Collaborate directly with the founder and Head of Brand on marketing campaigns, launches, and promos

What We're Looking For

• Portfolio showing BOTH photorealistic 3D renders AND finished marketing/graphic design work (this is the #1 requirement — no portfolio, no interview)
• Strong Blender skills: hard-surface modeling, PBR texturing, studio lighting, Cycles rendering
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (Figma a plus)
• A real understanding of fitness, you train, you follow fitness brands, and you know why gym content looks the way it does
• Strong typography and layout fundamentals; you can work inside a brand system and push it forward
• Able to work on site at our Miami location
• Degree or coursework in Digital Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or equivalent portfolio experience

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics (After Effects, or animation rendered out of Blender)
• Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and knowing how to design for them
• Product photography or compositing renders into photographed scenes
• Experience designing for Amazon/marketplace listings
• Substance Painter or similar texturing tools

Shortlisted candidates will be given a small paid test task: model and render one piece of fitness equipment in Blender, then design one Instagram post around your render.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
