The Opportunity As Lead Architect, you will

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an entrepreneurial architect who combines exceptional design and technical expertise with business leadership and a passion for innovation.

Ideal qualifications include

• Approximately 15+ years of post-graduate architectural experience.
• Significant expertise within the multifamily residential sector.
• A balanced career spanning both large, nationally recognized firms and smaller, entrepreneurial organizations, providing experience with both complex project delivery and business growth.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, inspire, and scale teams.
• Highly client-facing with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically beyond project delivery.
• Passion for technology with a track record of embracing new tools, digital workflows, and emerging innovations.
• Licensed Architect preferred. Miami is the preferred location, but outstanding candidates from anywhere in the U.S. will be considered.
