Marine Interior Designer

With more than 90 years of experience, LTH-Baas is a trusted global leader in marine construction, delivering complex newbuild, repair, conversion, and outfitting projects for clients around the world.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marine Interior Designer to join our Florida office.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design and execution of high-quality interior spaces for newbuild, repair, conversion, and refurbishment projects across the marine industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional, innovative, and technically sound design solutions throughout every phase of the project.

Key Qualifications

• Professional experience in marine interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software
• Experience with shipyards, vessel construction, or marine outfitting projects
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Marine Design, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, technical documentation, and vessel construction requirements
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with clients, engineers, shipyards, suppliers, and installation teams

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and detailed design packages
• Produce technical documentation and construction drawings
• Coordinate with project stakeholders throughout the design and production process
• Support production, outfitting activities, and onboard installation as required
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable marine regulations
