Base Salary: Up to $180k

Bonus Potential: Up to an additional $45,000 annually

Practice: Insurance Defense with a focus on construction defect, product liability, transportation, complex tort, and casualty matters in the South Florida market.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Defend insureds in construction defect, product liability, transportation, general liability, and complex tort cases.
• Handle matters from claim investigation through discovery, depositions, expert work, mediation, and trial.
• Prepare high-quality pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.
• Collaborate with partners on strategy for multi-party and high-value litigation.
• Take meaningful ownership of files with increasing autonomy.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates)

• JD and active FL bar.
• 3–7+ years of insurance defense, construction, product liability, or complex civil litigation experience.
