Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience using efficient hotel management systems
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to assist callers promptly and effectively
• Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating records, and ensuring accuracy in hotel management software
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine property inspections during overnight hours
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or facility issues swiftly
• Uphold guest relations by providing personalized service, offering local information, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence are essential
• Previous hotel experience, especially in resort or luxury settings, will help you adapt quickly to our standards of service
• Knowledge of front desk operations, hotel management software, and phone etiquette will support your success in managing guest interactions seamlessly

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
