Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction plumbing techniques in accordance with blueprints and schematics
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications
• Perform pipe threading, soldering, pro press, and assembly tasks to ensure secure and efficient piping systems
• Conduct inspections on construction sites to identify potential issues related to plumbing systems and address them proactive
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction and/or service plumbing (3+ years)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics, pipe threading, welding, and blueprint reading
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and construction site equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA standards
• Handyman experience or carpentry skills are advantageous for versatile project support
