The Safety Site Manager leads site-level safety and health oversight for OCONUS natural-disaster recovery operations. This role develops and implements safety plans, conducts briefings and inspections, manages incident reporting, verifies corrective actions, and helps protect personnel working in dynamic, high-risk environments.
The ideal candidate brings strong construction, industrial, environmental, utilities, or disaster-response safety experience and can influence safe behavior at all levels of the operation. The Safety Site Manager must be visible, decisive, and comfortable addressing hazards associated with heat, damaged structures, debris, heavy equipment, remote conditions, and hazardous materials.
