Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems per plans and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment
• Perform welding and mechanical assembly as needed
• Complete remodeling and renovation plumbing work
• Follow jobsite safety procedures at all times
• Lift and transport materials and equipment
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional

Qualifications

• Proven experience required in residential and/or light commercial construction plumbing
• Strong knowledge of pipe threading, blueprint reading, and schematics
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Ability to handle physically demanding work and heavy lifting
• Solid understanding of jobsite safety practices
• Basic math skills for measurements and layout
• Carpentry or handyman experience is a plus
• Valid commercial driver’s license preferred
• Clean driving record
