Customer Success Manager

About the Role

MyShop Technologies, a fast-growing startup providing smart ordering solutions for small businesses, is looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join our Miami team.

This isn't a traditional customer service role. You'll be responsible for the success of your portfolio of restaurant and retail clients from A to Z. You'll build strong relationships, help businesses grow, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure every client gets the maximum value from our platform.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves talking to people, is proactive, creative, persistent, and takes ownership. If you're the type of person who doesn't take "no" as the final answer and enjoys helping businesses succeed, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Own the success and growth of your assigned client portfolio.
• Build lasting relationships with business owners and become their trusted advisor.
• Proactively reach out to clients to ensure they're engaged and making the most of our platform.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
• Help clients achieve their goals through regular follow-ups, coaching, and recommendations.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly while delivering an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every client receives outstanding support.
• Track account progress and follow through until every issue is resolved.

• Availability to work weekends and closing shifts.
