As part of their continued expansion in North America, they are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to support business development activities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to commercial growth initiatives.

The Role

You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, managing partner relationships, and supporting the delivery and optimization of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, media partners, and influencers.
• Support the negotiation and onboarding of new commercial partnerships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the North American market.
• Coordinate campaigns with internal marketing teams to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with optimization initiatives.
• Track key performance metrics and provide insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Ensure partner communications are professional, timely, and effective.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical approach with the ability to interpret campaign and performance data.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience within affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital media.
• Knowledge of the online gaming, sports, entertainment, or digital acquisition sectors.
