Manage the procurement process for a wide range of products and services, including but not limited to materials, equipment, and services.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.

Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.

Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product and service requirements and make informed procurement decisions.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and supplier capabilities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on procurement activities and address any issues or concerns.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the procurement process.

Stay updated on changing market conditions and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.

Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes and procedures.

Train and mentor junior procurement team members.
