Warehouse Coordinator – Miami

This is an Entry Level position perfect for someone that picks up new skills quickly and is eager to learn. Warehouse coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations such receiving, storage and shipping of products, ensuring all work is completed timely and without error. Candidate will need to communicate professionally and effectively with both customers and internal personnel.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, storage and shipping of products
• Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management using a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Pick and Pack to prepare outbound shipments
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics and streamline operations
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Qualifications

• English required, Spanish a plus
• Computer skills to work with warehouse operating system
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Proficient at data entry and typing
• Detailed oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound decision making ability
• Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skill
• Ability to easily learn new software and programs
• Capable of heavy lifting if required
• Forklift operation skills a plus
• Min. 1 Year Of Experience Preferred
