About Us

The Cromer Company has been creating branded apparel since 1913. From our Miami headquarters, we design, decorate, and distribute t-shirts, headwear, and promotional products for resort, souvenir, and corporate clients across the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. We print and embroider everything in-house.

The Role

We need a Senior Graphic T-Shirt Designer and Separation Specialist. You'll create original graphic designs for t-shirts and headwear, and you'll separate your own artwork for screen printing — carrying every design from concept to press-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Design original, trend-forward graphics for t-shirts and headwear
• Produce color separations for screen printing — spot color, simulated process, underbases, and halftones
• Prepare artwork for embroidery and approve art for production
• Clean up and recreate customer-supplied artwork to production standards
• Assist the Creative Director with art approval and creative direction
• Design catalog layouts and sales sheets as needed

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in graphic t-shirt design and screen print separations
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign a plus)
• Strong understanding of the screen printing and embroidery processes
• Detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced production environment
• Portfolio required — submit it with your resume, including original t-shirt designs and examples of separated artwork
