Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day supply chain and transportation activities, ensuring the efficient movement of goods from point A to point B.

Key Activities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to schedule deliveries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g. bills of lading, invoices, customs forms).
• Communicate with internal departments (sales, customer service, procurement) to align logistics with business needs.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in logistics processes and cost efficiencies.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP or logistics software is an asset.

Educations & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a logistics, shipping, or coordination role (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
