Responsibilities

• Under broad direction, demonstrates the ability to manage projects within a geography or practice area.
• Projects may be internal, outsourced or customer funded and involve multiple disciplines, departments or development centers.
• Assists in developing cost effective solutions to schedule, evaluates alternatives and collaborates with client and HAL project sponsors to confirm requirements, and ensures acceptance within a defined time frame, quality and security metrics.
• Ensures compliance with Landmark Project Management policies and procedures as defined by the Landmark Lifecycle methodology.
• Identifies potential problems and objections.
• Actively coaches others in objection handling and project management.
• Keeps TBL management informed of any potential schedule and scope changes.
• Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Geoscience, Software engineering, computer science or business and 6 years of software and project management experience.
