Key Responsibilities

• Generate and coordinate pre-alert transportation documents for ocean import and export operations with multiple Incoterms.
• Handle AMS and ISF electronic transmissions.
• Arrange and coordinate local and international orders for transportation.
• Invoice and send pre-alerts to customers/consignees regarding ETD/ETA.
• Ensure milestones, income, and expenses are properly recorded in each file upon arrival.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ocean import/export operations coordination in freight forwarding and transportation (3-5 years appreciated, but not required).
• College degree in International Logistics or Shipping.
• Open and eager to learn new operations and tasks with a strong team spirit.
• Commitment to process management and responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and authorities.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills in dynamic environments.
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
