What to Expect
Evaluate complex member prescription needs and therapies through medication history review
Assess member compliance with care plans through direct contact with members and physicians
Identify potential barriers to compliance and propose solutions
Review medications with healthcare providers and counsel on alternative treatments
Serve as a resource to the clinical team and provide guidance to lower-level associates
What is Required
BA/BS in Pharmacy and a minimum of 4 years of pharmacy and/or managed care experience
Current, valid, active, and unrestricted RPh license
Strong knowledge of medication therapy management
Experience working with electronic medical record systems
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
How to Stand Out
PharmD degree
Experience with geriatric or medically complex patients
Previous remote work experience
Proficiency in utilizing multiple computer systems
