Jobe Systems is seeking an experienced Luxury Technology Account Executive to develop relationships and generate opportunities within the luxury residential market.
You'll work with affluent homeowners, architects, builders, interior designers, and family offices to deliver world-class technology solutions, including intelligent lighting, shading, networking, security, entertainment, and AI-driven home automation systems.
✅ Develop new business and referral partnerships
✅ Conduct client consultations and site evaluations
✅ Present technology solutions and proposals
✅ Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams
✅ Manage opportunities through the sales cycle
✅ Represent Jobe Systems at industry and networking events
✔ 5+ years of experience in luxury residential technology, A/V, or related sales
✔ Experience with Lutron, Savant, Crestron, Josh AI, and enterprise networking solutions
✔ Strong business development and relationship-building skills
✔ Professional, consultative sales approach
✔ Ability to work with high-net-worth clientele

$60k base salary and uncapped commission opportunity.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
