For the most part, developers take full ownership of product features/ new capabilities. That provides a true opportunity to build product that you're proud of, take control of decisions, and shape the way we solve problems. That flexibility is incredibly refreshing but it's not for everyone.

If you're looking for rigid structure and predictability in daily tasks, we're probably not the place for you. Job responsibilities

• Make amazing product
• Take ownership of development timelines, product capabilities, and features
• Reimagine the way problems are solved and challenge the status quo
• Be comfortable being uncomfortable
• Strong technical chops and a belief in building sustainable clean code
• Experience in React native and Ruby on Rails is advantageous but not required
• Engage with users directly and develop solutions to their toughest and most pervasive pain points
