In this customer-facing role, you'll meet with prospective customers, explain available products and services, answer questions, and help individuals enroll in solutions that best fit their needs.

No telecommunications or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and the tools you need to build confidence and develop valuable professional skills from day one.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective customers throughout the Houston area
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend telecommunications solutions
• Explain available internet and wireless services
• Assist customers with the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and team development meetings
