Finance & Operations Manager

Seojin Global, a subsidiary of Seojin System, is a premier global manufacturer for the ESS, Semiconductor, and EV industries. We are rapidly expanding our manufacturing presence in North America to serve Tier-1 global clients. We seek a highly motivated, hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to join our Houston team and drive our operational excellence.

The Finance & Operations Manager will lead the daily financial and operational functions of our Houston entity. This is a critical role that requires a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude to manage everything from detailed bookkeeping to high-level financial strategy execution. You will report directly to executive leadership and play a key role in our U.S. expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Full ownership of day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and P&L reporting for the Houston office.
• Operational Setup: Implement and optimize ERP/MES systems to transition operations from a startup phase to a professionalized global standard.
• Banking & Local Financing: Support the execution of a $200M+ financing roadmap by managing relationships with local and Korean-American banks.
• Tax & Structure Optimization: Lead the administrative transition to a Delaware-based holding structure to optimize tax footprints and ensure compliance.
• HQ Coordination: Act as a bilingual bridge between the U.S. facility and Korean Headquarters for seamless financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Work Authorization: Must have valid U.S. work authorization (U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or EAD). No visa sponsorship will be provided at this time.
• Experience: 5–10 years in Corporate Finance or Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Language: Native or Professional fluency in both Korean and English is mandatory.
• Skills: Expert-level Excel skills; experience with ERP (SAP preferred).
• Mindset: Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
