Responsibilities

• Plug your existing business into Pop Realty's proven systems and immediately increase your output
• Represent buyers and sellers across Houston and surrounding markets with a team infrastructure behind you
• Generate and convert leads through disciplined outreach, open houses, and referral cultivation
• Manage your pipeline with precision using integrated CRM tools designed for high-volume agents
• Negotiate and manage every transaction from contract to close without missing a detail
• Commit to weekly coaching, track your metrics, and build toward your next income level

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License
• $2M+ in annual closed production required. Serious inquiries only.
• 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience
• A proven track record of closed transactions, not just pipeline activity
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine drive to build something bigger
• Proficient with CRM, MLS, and e-signature platforms
• Coachable, process-oriented, and ready to be held accountable to real goals
