We do not run a volume practice.

We prepare every case for trial.

We represent families in the most catastrophic cases — trucking collisions, industrial incidents, company vehicle crashes, and other life-altering events.

We are looking for a serious trial lawyer to join us.

The Role

You will work on high-stakes cases from day one

• Take and defend depositions
• Develop liability and damages strategy
• Work with top experts
• Draft and argue key motions
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial
• Sit first or second chair at trial (based on experience)

You will not be handling minor cases. You will be building cases designed for juries.

Who You Are

• 5–10+ years of meaningful litigation experience
• Comfortable in depositions and court
• Strong writer and strategic thinker
• Obsessed with preparation
• Motivated to become an exceptional trial lawyer

Plaintiff or defense background welcomed. Trial hunger required.
