We are a new specialty coffee shop opening in the Pearland/Houston area.

Our focus is on high‑quality beans, precise espresso extraction, and exceptional customer experience.

Duties

• Prepare espresso and specialty beverages with accuracy and consistency
• Follow shop standards for extraction, milk texture, and drink presentation
• Provide warm, friendly customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
• Operate Square POS for orders, payments, and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, bar, and customer areas
• Assist with simple food preparation following food safety guidelines
• Support daily operations including restocking, cleaning, and workflow management
• Lead Barista / Manager:
• Train new staff on espresso, workflow, and service standards
• Maintain quality control (QC) during peak hours
• Oversee opening/closing procedures
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and team coordination
• Participate in performance‑based incentive programs

• Scheduled pay reviews at 3 months (initial) and 6 months

QualificationsBarista / Cashier (PT/FT)

• No experience required
• 1+ year coffee shop or cashier experience preferred
• Interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn extraction techniques
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic English communication

Lead Barista

• Minimum 1 year specialty coffee or café experience required
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction and milk steaming
• Ability to lead during peak hours
• Training experience preferred
• Open/close experience preferred

Manager

• 1+ year management experience in food/beverage industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations
• Commitment to maintaining specialty coffee quality standards

Schedule

• Full‑Time: 35–40 hours
• Part‑Time: 15–25 hours
• Morning shift preferred for part‑time applicants
• Weekend availability preferred
• Flexible scheduling available

Pay Range

• Barista / Cashier: $11–$13
• Lead Barista: $14–$17
