We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead hotel operations, inspire a high performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is results driven, hands on, and passionate about hospitality while maintaining strong financial performance and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve annual budget goals.
• Control operational expenses and implement cost saving strategies.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain brand quality standards.
• Support sales initiatives and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within the local community.
• Lead, coach, and develop hotel associates to create a strong team culture.
• Oversee all daily hotel operations and ensure brand compliance.
• Send daily activity and accomplishment reports.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus quarterly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel operations experience, including 2 years in a management role.
• IHG experience required.
• HotelKey PMS experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and 50+ hours per week as business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the hotel.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity.
• Respond effectively to hotel emergencies and communicate with ownership and leadership as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
